• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Eligible Items
• Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible unless defective.
• Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
• Replacement products will be shipped after the original item is received and approved.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
